Mod-Sin always attracts me. I never tried Wild Rocket so it's good chef Willin Low created Roketto. This is another popular dish and very fusion lol. The "oyster omelette" was represented by several big battered oysters and a few strips of egg. It's not as spicy as rumoured. Quite shiok.
