A cold rainy day and a spot of flu really has me wishing for this pot of wonder that is Tosokchon's famous ginseng chicken soup which I had the pleasure of having a while back. It's evenly balanced on the ginseng taste, enough to make its presence known while not being overpowering like many other samgyetang.
