High quality modern dim sum with stellar service. The classics such as sui mai and har gow were well-executed and the unique offerings leave a deep impression. Would recommend the signature Peking duck bun ($10/3) and hot & sour Shanghainese soup dumplings ($10/4).

Dim sum

First dining experience at Mott 32 and loving their modern Cantonese offerings such as their signature appetisers of Barbecue Iberico Pork which has been glazed with yellow mountain honey; the nice balance of sweet and savoury flavours with a tender bite is a joy to savour, and the Cold Free-range Chicken which has been doused in a mixture of Szechuan peppercorns and chilli sauce.

Mott 32 created special New Year set menu that available only 3 days ( 31 dec, 1st jan and 2nd jan), with highlight some signature dish like Apple Wood Roasted 42 Days Peking Duck and Soft Quail egg, iberico pork and black truffle siu mai.
