The Premium Char Siew Wanton Noodle ($7.50) is the bomb. The springy noodles are doused in a lardy sauce, the thick cut char siew has just the right balance of fats and meat, and the wantons are plump and wrapped in thin skin. This is pretty much everything I ask for in a nice plate of wanton mee!
