A twist on the popular Artistry BRB Hotcake, this local fusion take had potential but we thought it kinda needed a few tweaks. The warm pandan hotcake was done well with slight crisps all around, topped with a big scoop of pandan coconut gelato, gula melaka syrup, toasted coconut and coconut ricotta creme. Thought the pandan flavours didn’t come out as strong as we hoped for and perhaps, a more generous drizzle of gula melaka can help to bring it together better. My vote still goes to the BRB Hotcake!
