We were treated to contemporary Italian dishes served with flair. The canapés were really strong; especially loved the scallop tartare and bright gazpacho in the shape of a tomato! Uni pasta was delightfully al dente and really championed the top-grade sea urchin, while the secreto was remarkably and paired well with the caramelised apple and charred endives. Dessert was a refreshing yoghurt semifreddo with fresh berries.
