Yeah... getting into the wanton mee mood. Thai wanton mee, that is. Love the seasonings... abit of this abit of that, mix mix mix. Sprinkle your own dry chilli. My advice more of it for that "oomph". Charsiew is a tad redder than standard. No charredness. Still tasty. And the springy has sprung from the noodles.
