Nestled within this coffee shop across the car park from Boon Tong Kee, is what is quite possibly one of the best soya sauce chickens in Singapore.

You see that perfect piece of poultry on my fork? That, kiddos, is the normally dry and stringy breast meat. Just look at how juicy and intact the flesh is! The lor (sauce) is absolutely ambrosial, filled to the brim with all kinds of wonderful, savory Asian flavors. And all that stellar flavor gets infused into the tender, juicy chicken, turning each chunk of chicken into an unbelievably enchanting umami bomb.

But wait, there's more! The skin is not spared from the relentless infusion of delicious goodness, and the skin of the chicken is a soft, slippery and stunningly savory sensation that's simply unforgettable. Trust me folks, you're gonna wanna eat that chicken skin. Every. Last. Bit. Of. It.

I'm kinda annoyed with myself that I didn't even know of the existence of this roast meat stall until fellow Tastemaker Peter intro'd this to us, but now I know where exactly to go to get my fill of superb soy sauce chicken.
