The char siew tho, you can tell there's 2 distinct types going on. The centre strip that's darker is almost melt in your mouth and mainly fats. The right strip is more caramelly
To be honest, today's day trip was because I missed good shaola, particularly from you kee. Why is it so damn hard to find good shaola in Singapore??
Also, the KSL branch is a pain to get a cab from at night because a lot of fellow Singaporeans come.
