As a fan of minions, these were too adorable to resist! Ji Xiang is among our favourite ang ku kueh shop and happy to say that beyond the endearing design, they delivered in consistency and taste. The skin was thin, smooth, and chewy. Generously filled with the special flavour incorporating banana (minions’ favourite fruit) with sweet mung bean. The two came together splendidly with the distinct banana aroma and actual banana bits reminding us of a yummy goreng pisang.

Do note that these are for a limited time only and they change the minion designs weekly! Slightly sad that their clothes aren’t the standard blue outfit, but still so cute!
