A very good Chinese fried rice with prawns. Lots of eggs and prawns which were crunchy fresh. The rice were separated grain by grain, no clumping together. Most fried rice are cooked with an excessive amount of oil. This one does not feel greasy at all. I can eat this every day.
I just wonder why on a Sat at lunchtime, business is so slow. Must be the location of the stall, tucked away in a more obscure part of Chinatown Complex.
