The salmon-only chirashi don seemed to have increased in price since my previous visit?🤔 Bee quite some time since i paid kogane yama a visit and the standards seemed to have dropped. I remember my bowl being filled generously with cubes of salmon, but this time, it was just the amount of rice that was insane. Especially since it was sushi rice so everything was just clumped together and compact. Hardly enough sashimi to go with all that rice. It was okay for me because i'm a rice bucket.. if not, i think the restaurant's just wasting the rice seriously.
