Long regarded as my top favourite sticky date pudding in Singapore, it never fails every single time I have had it. The warm fuzzy sponge cake with the sweet toffee sauce and icy cold vanilla ice cream are the perfect partners in this impeccable after-meal dessert. There might be many “best sticky date puddings” in town, but this one takes the crown.
