Fire Rice must order something spicy right? If not why call it Fire Rice?π€£π€£π€£
Fragrance, fluffy, eggy fried pearl rice cooked with sambal. I like the rice texture, you can really feel the QQ chewiness with each mouthful. Tasted a tad greasy and very mild spiciness. I felt that it could be better.π€ It had the basic but the taste is lacking some savouriness and the spiciness definitely needs to increase. Other than that, its still a good plate.
As for their pork chop, it's one of the best I had. Big, juicy and flavourful.π€€ Every bite of that moist tender marinated wonderfully pork chop is able to elevate the profile of that fried rice. I can still taste that pork chop in my mouth while I'm writing this. That's how good it is.
