The use of herbs and 花雕酒 creates a broth that is both thick and flavourful. The owner claims that there is no use of MSG at all as well.

You can choose to add on ingredients like pig liver and intestines. These were fresh and the servings were generous. If you have some more stomach space, would also recommend the prawn bak kut teh (yes prawn!) which is special and unique.
