we had a very pleasant time here - ambience, service, and food are amazing!

rigatoni w wild boar ragout: this was honestly superrrr good. the wild boar meat was juicy and soft, not what i was expecting at all. rigantoni was al denté too!
wild mushroom ragout on bread: in my opinion, this was the best dish. the ragout was so creamy and fragrant without being too heavy. absolutely our fave dish.
coucou burger (sept menu): super juicy angus beed patty! super delicious, but nothing too special about it, just a regular burger w fries.
rosti zermatt: this is what rosti should taste like! crispy edges and fluffy interior 😮‍💨✨ i did find it abit salty because it was covered in raclette cheese. the ham was pretty normal too.
