Wanted to try the yolk version but was sadded that they have sold out of it so classic version it is.
Hamburg steak topped with ponzu oroshi, lay over on a bed of Hitomebore rice, and served with homemade tamago soup.
Hamburg was made from the meat of US beef, pork and Miyazaki Wagyu beef cuts, specially coupled together with other ingredients and then hand moulded into this thick slab of delicious meaty patty. Juicy, flavourful and pleasing to the mouth.
The savoury sauce that came together was poured into the rice to enhanced the flavour. It was so good.
