For people that know me will know that I don’t really fancy raw fish as much to the point that I will not even go near the sashimi section in the buffet. However, the freshly cut barramundi cubes in the Barramundi Poke Bowl ($18) that have been marinated in a sesame oil blend is so addictive that you will want to have more of it. Probably due to the aromatic oil and the freshness of the fish, which was locally farmed in Singapore, these made all the difference and for me, a convert to raw fish. The pairing of the avocado and poached eggs adds creaminess while the roasted vegetables and padron peppers lends the slight charred bitterness.
