Lunch at Amoy today and spotted this new Japanese stall that just started their business yesterday. The Dashi Ramen had a very likable clear and light shoyu broth with hints of yuzu, making it very refreshing and easy to slurp down! I would have liked the noodles to be just a bit firmer but they were still good, not the starchy sort that thickens the soup. We thought this was value for money for the quality, not forgetting that you get three slices of chashu (tender with a nice char) and a whole well seasoned ajitama egg. Portion was just nice but might feel a teeny bit smaller if you're super super hungry. They even have Japanese ice cream (yuzu and matcha) available at 2 scoops for $3.50! #BurppleYoungHawkers
