I love an uni bowl. 🤤 The Chef starts off by mixing 2 mystery sauces with 2 types of sea urchin of different grades together, the rice is then mixed into this so that every grain is coated in uni goodness. Then it is served, topped with ikura, more uni and a dollop of wasabi. Get in my belly now!
