A dish anyone would think can be simply replicated at home with just 3 ingredients but this gooey stretchy cheese in between al dente cooked pasta in creamy sauce, embedded in thick and soft pumpkin flesh, without being surfeiting (even for a non-creamy lover like me π), was amazing. π€€ The pumpkin lent a sweet earthy profile to the overall dish, definitely worth a try!
