One of the shiokest Mee Gorengs I’ve hoovered up in recent times is this plate at the @nosignboardseafood restaurant in @esplanadesingapore. They use an uncommonly thin yellow mee and fries it brazenly with seafood, beancurd and vegetables in quite a lot of spiciness till there’s β€œwok hei”. The end result is fluffy and light, yet really robust in flavour.
