Kumo also serves several "one order" items as part of their alacarte Japanese buffet.

One such special item is the grilled salmon fish head. Being pnigophobic, I am usually a little wary about fish heads which can be rather tedious and annoying. Those in the know though will definitely enjoy the tender, rich and oily fish collar and cheek.

Besides the Ala Carte Buffet, Kumo also has daily lunch donburis which are reasonably priced. I will be back to check their lunch specials some day!
