Soshinsen is my new go to place for sashimi. With sashimi as fresh as their plump, sweet scallops priced at $5.80 for a half dozen thick, juicy slices, and thick slices of fabulously fresh salmon belly, it’s no wonder that I’ve gotten hooked.

Soshinsen is criminally underrated, and it deserves a lot more attention-on second thoughts, please don’t pay attention to this little place, nothing to see here, move along...
