This is a simple bowl of tossed egg noodles in your choice of black soy sauce/chilli mix (go for both), topped with a combination of 3 crispy wantons and an accompanying bowl of 3 soup wantons. The noodles are springy; the wanton dumplings’ filling is made up of seasoned minced meat with a whiff of cuttlefish, that makes a nice difference. This was my 10pm dinner back in Jc days, after dance cca in school ended at night. 💫
