Newly opened in November 2021, @nuerhong_restaurant is a Korean seafood buffet restaurant with over 80 varieties of seafood, meat, vegetables and side dishes for both hotpot & grill at just SGD29.90 onwards!😉

For hotpot, we were ordered their Tomato and Ginseng Chicken Soup Bases. To our surprise, their refreshing tangy tomato broth was pretty impressive and packed with flavour. Definitely not the kind which tastes like tomato ketchup…😂

Overall, we were spoilt for choice by the large selection of hotpot & grill ingredients. Most importantly, their seafood and meats were fresh.👍
