This traditional fried fritter and doughnut stall whips up a pretty wicked HCP, all freshly made on site. The stall is helmed by a relatively young guy and I hope he gets the recognition for continuing the excellent job of keeping this iconic traditional doughnut. 2nd floor, unit 115 in Chinatown complex.
