This traditional fried fritter and doughnut stall whips up a pretty wicked HCP, all freshly made on site. The stall is helmed by a relatively young guy and I hope he gets the recognition for continuing the excellent job of keeping this iconic traditional doughnut. 2nd floor, unit 115 in Chinatown complex. Too bad I forgot to take note of the stall name - Thanks to fellow Burppler @MichelleLIN's helpful direction.

Hi Steve , the stall is called Tai wah cooked food . Unit 02-115. Try their red bean version too ! Incredibly smooth red bean .
Great to have other Burpplers catching attention on this stall. Yes I tried the red bean too. Have not tried his pandan butterfly though
This stall has been here from my mother’s times. The Uncle at the stall insists on carrying on the tradition of 100% handmade Ham Chen pengs instead of the using machines. Very admirable :)
