A really intense platter of {Squid Ink Fish & Chips} from @rooseveltsdinerbar for a twist on be usual golden brown assortment We're not too sure how the squid ink contributes in terms of flavor but theatrics wise, it's a game changer.

The charred block revealing milky white sea bass underneath. Perfect when paired with the accompanying mint cider tartar sauce

Overall, a better choice of fish would be nice as the dry flakiness of the sea bass did not work to compliment it's study crispy crust
