๐๐ผ so happy it's the end of the week ๐ wouldn't it be perfect to celebrate with some hardcore #chocolate #cake like this Noisette Rocher Entremet from @dear.nesuto. Filled with a hazelnut praline mousse and Guanaja 70% ganache, and dressed with a caramelized hazelnut feuilletine that is roasted and slightly savoury to balance out the chocolate. Delicious, especially when paired with the malty, biscuit-y notes in the Oriental Tea from @antea.social. This was an invited tasting. Thanks @theduckeats for the hospitality! :) #burpple #dessert
