👋🏼 so happy it's the end of the week 😌 wouldn't it be perfect to celebrate with some hardcore #chocolate #cake like this Noisette Rocher Entremet from @dear.nesuto. Filled with a hazelnut praline mousse and Guanaja 70% ganache, and dressed with a caramelized hazelnut feuilletine that is roasted and slightly savoury to balance out the chocolate.
