Available for takeaway and delivery from 15 November to 26 December 2021, there are additional festive dining specials from 1 December 2021 to 2 January 2022 too.

The new 2021 Christmas collection features festive cakes and pastries from the White Enchantment Log Cake ($88 nett, 1kg) to Assorted Berries Baked Cheese Loaf ($98 nett, 1.3kg), Festive Fruity Mousse Cake ($78 nett, 800g) and Traditional Christmas Chocolate Log Cake ($78 nett, 1kg). If you are planning for a get-together, you can enjoy it in the comfort of your home with the whimsical three-tiered Christmas Tree Set ($88 nett) or two-tiered Christmas Carousel Set ($66 nett) that contains bite-sized sweet and savoury snacks.

It is not Christmas without the familiar turkey and over at Goodwood Park Hotel, the chefs have come up with creative interpretations of turkey dishes like the Turkey Roulade that contains mushroom duxelles, minced turkey and seared foie gras ($268 nett, serves 8-10 pax), Coffee Turkey with Fried Rice ($248 nett, serves 8-12 pax), Deep-fried Turkey Roll in Mala Style ($32 nett for 2 rolls), Deep-fried ‘Hong Zao’ Turkey Breast Strips ($68 nett, serves 4-6 pax) and a cold appetizer of Chilled Smoked Turkey Breast with Beancurd, Ikura and Mala sauce ($98 nett, serves 4-6 pax). Both the turkey roll and turkey breast strips are my favourites for the evening as the former incorporated the mala spice to give it a spicy and numbing sensation while the latter has been marinated in red glutinous rice wine lees and deep fried till crisp and sprinkled with a salt and seaweed mix.

The hotel’s other F&B restaurants such as Coffee Lounge, Gordon Grill and L’Espresso will also be presenting Christmas and New Year set menus, including festive spreads while takeaway of festive gourmet items is available at The Deli from 15 November.
