The Deep-Fried Eggplant, Pork Floss was pretty good. The thin sliced and battered eggplant / aubergine / brinjal has a crisp crunch to texture, with a gentle vegetal sweet salty flavour.

The wispy chewy pork floss lends a meaty savoury note. Visually though, it doesn't look like much.

The Poached Spinach, Tri-Colour Eggs is served in a rather large portion.

Almost like a soup, the robust broth of chicken egg, century egg, salted egg, and garlic, carries a bold eggy salty sweet herbal flavour. Filled with soft crunchy spinach leaves with vegetal sweet flavour.

Not quite what I expected with the Fried Rice, Sakura Shrimp, Olive, Egg White, which features white rice tossed with sakura shrimp, green olives, and egg white.

With a fluffy loose grainy chewy texture, this held deep shrimpy savoury salty earthy flavour.

Served in a rather large portion towards the end, we couldn't quite finish this.
