Racines set lunch menu (two-course at $32++, three-course at $38++) showcase Executive Chinese Chef Andrew Chong’s renditions of Singaporean hawker fare with the well-loved Da Dong Prawn Noodles as a main course option. Famed for its well-balanced broth, it light yet flavourful. Served with Vermicelli, Fresh Tiger Prawns, Pork Ribs, Spring Onions, Bean Sprouts and Crispy Pork Lard.
