This unique Chinese snack comes in this thin sheet of crispy flatbread that is most likely bigger than your face.

These snacks are not fried but baked in a huge charcoal cylindrical clay ovens. We had the preserved vegetable (梅干菜) flavor and is affordably priced at $2.50. It was fragrant, salty but savory. nom nom nom nom nom!

Amazing Chinese Flatbread
Guo Kui 锅盔 - chinese flatbread with 1000 yrs of history 👲

Seasoned with 19 diff Chinese condiments & baked in a clay oven w/o the use of any oil, this guo kui tasted rly fragrant & crispy when fresh out of the oven 👍

Rly like the pickled vegetables flavour which gives an additional savouriness to it.
China’s most popular snack 小杨锅盔 🤤

Comes in 6 flavours.
