The crisp is real! They just leave the meat outside and yet it still retains its crisp after 30 mins. The char siew is pretty good too but its completely overshadowed by the crispy pork. The sambal which isnt spicy at all complemented both meats perfectly rather unexpectedly. Capping this satisfying dish off is the pickled veggies balancing the fatty meats.
