Lunch at Claudine Restaurant, a concept by Chef Julien. Not quite our usual afternoon tea affair though we were excited to check it out.
For mains, we had the Pumpkin Ravioli ($48) topped with black winter truffles (add-on $38) since it’s in season. Al dente pasta combined with butternut squash, black trumpet mushrooms and pistachio vinaigrette garnished with aged parmesan, it’s a common dish done uncommonly well.
