[ULSAN, SOUTH KOREA] This may look rather unassuming, but I can tell you its gonna be a flavour bomb. The Eonyang Bulgogi (19,000 won), made from hanwoo, has all the good properties of bbq minced meat you're looking for. Beefy, savoury and smoky, this is as addictive as it gets.
As there is a butchery within the restaurant itself, we can't help but to get some cuts of hanwoo to bbq as well. We got rib meat (18,000 won per 100g) and the skirt meat (23,000 won per 100g) and these pieces of meat are really unbelievably good. Full of intramuscular fat, they were extremely tender and juicy. Probably the best cuts of beef I've ever had in a bbq!
Many side dishes were given as well, including some chilli marinated crabs. Having hanwoo may be expensive, but it's definitely a well worth experience for beef lovers!
