The lychee rose cake at ENZE was so damn good! Soft sponge layers and a thick cream folded through with lychee that kept each bite juicy and refreshing. The rose note stayed gentle, adding fragrance without heaviness and the whole slice felt light yet memorable. I’m definitely coming back for more of their cakes in the future 》A$8.80
