The boss actually did exactly what I Ordered: char siew with less fatty layers, which not many people do that nowadays (knowing kopitiam service in Malaysia)

Generous amount of meat, and most importantly, PORK LARD! Thumbs up! .

E1 is a “open air” kopitiam/ foodcourt (few blocks away from AIA building) which serves typical noodles such as prawn mee, pork noodles etc and also mixed rice stall, feeding most of the office folks nearby. Do come early (before 12pm) to chop the seat!
