While searching for food places to eat in Kaohsiung, I read about Duck Zhen with some sharing that itβs duck rice tasted superb while others mentioned that their braised pork rice was better. π§

So... I decided to pop by π and find out for myself. The duck rice served here comes with braised pork as well so you actually get the best of both worlds! π π Going by the views of the naysayers, the duck indeed tasted pretty ordinary and a bit tough πβΉοΈ. The π of this dish though... has to be the braised pork with the melt-in-the-mouth fats and tender lean meat. π

Will I be back? Yes for the ε€θι₯, but no for the duck rice! π PS the ε€θι₯ only costs NT25 ($1.10) for the small portion and NT35 ($1.50) for the large portion! Amazing prices! π°
