Black Pepper Crab with Korean Noodles

$40.00 ยท 14 Reviews

Besides the affordability of it being only $40 with two crabs, the star factor has got to be the use of the Korean vermicelli.

As the chewy noodles soak up all of the black pepper sauce goodness, it created a very flavourful slurp-worthy moment with a slight spice intensity, which comes from the heat of the black pepper. Definitely a place worth coming back again to try their other specialities such as Dinosaur Ribs, Assam Curry Fish Head and Pig Trotters Bee Hoon.

Pictured here is Crabs paired with Korean Sweet Potato Noodles (2 crabs priced at $40) - this was really valued for money as the crabs were substantially big, paired perfectly with Korean sweet potato noodles that soaked up all the prime essences from the flavour of the crab fried with black pepper! Resulting in chewy flavourful noodles that was oh so good especially on a chilly night.

Hearten to find delish and affordable food in the sleepy town of Chai Chee. The salted egg crab is def one to go for at 2 for $40 (weekend). Prawn paste chicken is one of the better ones that I had. Dinosaur pork ribs were a delight to find in a Zi Char menu. The pork ribs were well marinated and melt-in-your-mouth. Tri-egg spinach is a must try!

Wishing there will be a special sauce for the dry roast sotong tho. Not one that I will order again (BKK ones are better in my opinion). Nothing much to boost abt the cereal beancurd.

Will def return to try other dishes! Spent $106 (including four drinks). My Sunday was made with this meal ๐Ÿ˜Š

For people who lives in the east and wants a good zichar place recommendation. This is THE to go place. Every dish I ate with my family is delicious. Do try their sweet potato leaves with sambal, dinosaur pork ribs and the black pepper crab with Korean vermicelli. Why does this zichar place stand out so much? One word - FRESHNESS. The ingredients for the each dish are so fresh and the prices at affordable $$$. Will definitely be back to try more of their recommended dishes like Assam fish head, and salted fish pork belly ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
