Unquestionably one of my favourite find during this period.
So good, my mood was instantly lifted after tasting these. I can’t pick a favourite, both bowl were so flavourful and there are so many other items I want to try from their menu.
There was literally nothing that isn’t nice here, all the ingredients and even the wasabi & soy sauce were of quality. I also like that they have small rice portion.

Five and seven courses at $80++ and $120++ also available). Maybe we are creatures of habit, or maybe we just feel very comfortable at Fukusen when we are already so familiar with the staff and chefs here. This is in fact @siewyan49 choice location for her actual day birthday.

We are regulars at Fukusen for their quality but affordable uni bowl and hotate bowl, and we are equally happy with the affordable omakase we had there.

2. Sashimi (pictured)
3. Soup
4. Grilled dish
5. Teppanyaki (usually lobster)
6. Wagyu (usually A5)
7. Rice dish (donburi and/or sushi)

I also had a large table with sofa, so it was a very enjoyable meal at a relaxed pacing.
I'm a regular here for their uni don and hotate don, and would also try one off-menu dish created by Chef Momo. This is otoro slightly aburied to release some of the fats, drizzled with a bright citrus oil and topped with ikura.
Five and seven courses at $100++ and $150++ also available). How about a flying fish, literally with wings, for dinner?

Really who needs specialty uni places when u n i can get the best of both worlds here. Legit bowl of uni don thats worth every penny for the quality and quantity. Loved that cured egg yolk too.
