The long one has a spinach filling with a subtle vege aftertaste. The round one contains crab. Abit weak in "crabby" tones. It is crispy, for sure.

I did my own plating as the original plate was a beighy wooden tray. This plate is like a plate of art. Enjoying my afternoon moments with @geekyelephant

By the same people behind FOC in Hong Kong Street and Sentosa comes this buzzy joint oozing Spanish flair in Claymore Connect β€” great for refueling between hitting the shops with the girls. Inspired by Barcelona's tapas culture, this all-day dining joint serves up fun, Catalan food. Many have been raving about the Crab Coquetas ($2.50/piece), which are crisp golden on the outside and in the words of Burpple Tastemaker Veronica Phua, "dreamily crabby on the inside". Each additive, bite-sized sphere is topped with a dollop each of brava tomato sauce and garlic mayo. For something more substantial, try the flavoursome Pork Chop and Scallop Paella ($22), or go straight to dessert! The delicate Skinny Apple Tart ($10), which comes served in a pool of peach coulis and homemade vanilla ice-cream, may just hit the spot.
Avg Price: $40 per person

Popped these delightful Crab Croquetas into my mouth when I popped into the soft opening of "Pim Pam by FOC" today.
Crunchy on the outside, and dreamily creamy crabby on the inside, each sphere is topped with a slightly spicy tomato-based Brava sauce and garlic mayo. Be warned these are all too easy to lose count of once you get going. .
