The first time I tried this local favourite at Seng Kee, I was utterly besotted. Ohsocrispy skin, flavourful and not at all oily, tearing into juicy and surprisingly lean meat. Lotsa places dish out prawn paste chicken that though delicious, can be really salty. Seng Kee's weren't all that salty, managing to nail all the flavours while not leaving me with the need to chug down buckets of water. I'll have these over any café-esque wings anytime.
