This is one helluva expensive dessert but it was so refreshing and delicious!โ
Their shaved ice is really fine. The bingsu was milky so it goes well with the red bean topping.
.
Itโs a v fun dessert to be eating with your friends because I feel like weโre playing uno stacko or something and trying not to let the ice cream roll down the sides ๐ #firstworldproblems

We were very amused by the bountiful heaping of vanilla ice cream which vaguely resembled a mushroom head! Though it was a pretty plain bingsu lacking garnish of any sort, we still enjoyed it - shaved ice was milky and light, pairing well with the watermelon balls. The drizzle of condensed milk added a tinge of sweetness that didnโt overpower. A simple yet delectable treat, although I donโt think itโs worth $18! ๐
Melon Bingsu and the Monster Watermelon Bingsu. Each serving comes with a mountain of smoothly shaved milky ice, generously stacked with scoops of Watermelon, topped with Red (Azuki) beans and a full scoop of vanilla ice cream, and delightfully presented with mint leaves, lime, blueberries, oreo, and pepero sticks on a watermelon shell.

My first time trying a bingsu and this is really pretty and lovely though a tad expensive.. but considering they spent so much effort to scoop out the round melon meat, ok lah :)
