Handcrafted Tart With Pistachio Ice Cream 🍦 Wanted to order waffle but this handcrafted tart caught our attentions. Turns out it's a really amazing almond tart! There isn't a strong terrible almond smell/taste to it which is what I like 😋 Don't see this tart so small it's good for sharing between 2 to 4 pax. Some more the ice cream scoop so huge and the pistachio is soooo good! Would definitely go back and order this again #myheartapprove for sure.

Delicious tart..... tropics ice cream on almond tarts laced with candy floss
Yummy.... will come back again.....
Nice ice cream too.....
Jot down this ice cream parlour along Jalan Bukit Merah for smooth and creamy ice creams perfect for hot days. If chocolate is your thing, Burppler M * recommends the super rich Dark Chocolate Truffle Ice Cream ($3.90). Go for the fragrant and buttery Pistachio ($3.90) or the roasty Genmaicha ($3.90) as well. Don't forget to have their signature Handcrafted Almond Tart ($9.90) alongside your icy scoops.

I highly recommend the tart here with Bing Bong (paddle pop). I've introed the tart to many friends and they all loved it.
The best way to end a dinner at ABC Brickworks Hawker? Having dessert at Geometry of course!
Many options to choose from in terms of gelato, even orh nee (but we tried it and the taste was a little too “funky”). The baked tart added a nice touch to the gelato we ordered, tho the floss on top was decorative but too hard to eat.
Recommend that you don’t overeat at the hawker since the walk over is too short to digest your hawker food! :P

The frangipane was amazing and paired the ice cream well. Thanks to @singaporeliciouz, I finally tried Geometry. Love most of their ice creams as they are really light but flavourful. I may be biased as I am partial to tea flavoured ice creams.
Seeing tarts as a base is a new thing to me as it is seldom seen in Singapore so I decided to opt for that.
I like that the tart was crumbly with the centre being slightly chewy, and when paired the Strawberry Yuzu Sorbet, there's a balance of tartness and sweetness. In my opinion, the candied floss at the top was unnecessary but I guess it's all for the gram.
And here I am, back at Geometry for their Signature Handcrafted Tart with Salted Caramel Floss. The Instagram factor will definitely be the floss but the real showstopper has got to be the buttery tart that’s so sinfully good when you eat it with the ice cream. It might sound like a simple combination like how difficult can “tart + ice cream” get, but this tart was so well executed that it stands above the other run-of-the-mill ones while the tower of pistachio and strawberry white peach cheesecake ice cream adds the finishing touch.
