Mentaiko Fries

Nestled in the middle of Bishan park 1 is Grub, who has mastered the art of serving chic food in a lush and green setting - we all love this Har Cheong Kai burger, where the prawn paste fragrance permeates from a distance away. Plus, that crunch as you sink your teeth into the juicy patty?

We can also top up to mentaiko fries (quite worth it)

Good mala flavour! Pork slices were juicy but it can get quite messy as you devour the burger. You’d end up with a puddle of chilli oil on your tray but that’s totally okay! This also comes with a mini portion of Greek salad.

For some good brunch nosh and unbeatable ambience, stop by Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park for Grub, a popular cafe dishing up local-inspired comfort food like pastas, burgers and craft beers on tap. Grab a seat at the amply-sized outdoor terrace and order up some of our Burppler's favourite dishes. Burppler Eat Dreamlove likes the Har Cheong Fried Chicken with Waffles and Sambal ($15) as "the savoury fried chicken and the sweet maple sauce waffle complement each other!" Burppler Tiny Tummy says the Mentaiko Fries ($7) are a must try, "served warm with savoury yet milk mentaiko sauce."

Fries were great even without the sauce. Mentaiko sauce was alright - not the best, but ain’t complaining. Would recommend trying out their Truffle Fries as well. Loved the place - great for casual gatherings.

Even when it's cold, its still the same yummy taste!

The savoury taste of mentaiko mayo & nori seaweed is a best combination with the potato fries. They are very generous with the mentaiko mayo as well, that is a plus point!

A side that I always must order at GRUB!

Must try! Served warm with savoury yet milky mentai sauce. The portion was quite huge, abit jelat for me. Probably best shared among 3-4 people.

My favourite place for early brunch as they open at 9 on the weekend & public holiday!

Can’t rmb what burger this was, but their mentaiko fries are legit the bomb!
