We order the truffle fries, chilli crab pasta and one of their pizzas. Hands down amazing food. I was surprised at how flavourful their food was. Had so many elements on the pizza and chilli crab that basically nailed it. What I love about this place is the service and the fact that it attracts a good mix of crowd. From youngsters to families, this place has a dish for everyone in the house.
One of their signature dish here, the Chilli Crab Pasta is tossed in Arrabbiata sauce, hanging perfectly on the balance between sweet and spicy. It is evenly coated with shredded blue swimmer crab, I would have prefer it in small chunks but hey, seeing as to how generous they were with those shreds, I'm not complaining. It's a rather small portion, so I advice you to order the sides or desserts to share.

I've had this before; I liked it then, still like it now.
I prefer my seafood in sizeable chunks, but the Blue Swimmer Crab shreds were in good amounts so I ain't complaining. The chilli crab sauce comes in the form of a localized Homemade Spicy Arrabiatta; it had a good kick to it, & I like that it doesn't numb your tongue 'til you can't taste anything else. A great example of how fusion dishes should be like. Would order this again.

One of the popular dishes at Hyde and Co. has got to be their signature pasta, the Hyde's Chilli Crab Pasta ($22.90). With a concept similar to the eccentricity of Jekyll and Hyde, this fusion dish has the Italian flair of using blue swimmer crab while paying homage to the Asian chilli crab sauce through a homemade spicy Arrabiatta. Mixed in with linguine pasta and finished with herbed panko bread crumbs, this is a fusion pasta dish that's worth trying out when you are here.

It wasnt that far except that we loitered till Haji Lane and had to walk one big round before we reached #hydeandco The food were yums! We ordered chilli crab pasta, har cheong gai waffles and truffle fries, tea and flat white. The dinner amounted to S$67 and we find that the price was reasonable, given the quality and quantity of the food. We were pleasantly surprise that waffles could go well with prawn paste fried chicken ๐ super fusion! โข

Had the chill crab pasta and it was pretty good! A lil dry but really quite spicy!! Best thing is that there is no GST & service charges!!!!!!
Tried the salted egg risotto as well as the chilli crab pasta which was pretty well executed.
The Ondeh Ondeh French toast and mantou pulled pork was pretty average though. Overall not an experience that calls me back for more.

4 munchies: Tossed in homemade arrabbiata sauce, every strand of the well-cooked linguine was evenly coated with shredded chunks of blue swimmer crab. The sauce had a good balance of sweet and sour, though I'd have liked it a tad spicier. The herbed panko topping added texture and cherry tomatoes gave it a dose of freshness, making the Chilli Crab Pasta an ideal choice for both brunch and dinner!
