This duck confit I had it a few times already. But it seems that today's duck was by far the best I have eaten.

Crispy skin with very flavorful flesh. Baby potatoes perfectly cooked. Not forgetting the crispy bacon bits hidden below. Very nice indeed!

There wasn't anything really spectacular out of the many little dishes we tried but the Foie Gras Creme Brulee is worth a mention. Oh we liked the Mango Coconut Cream dessert too and the Duck Confit was good as usual. Roasted Potatoes, Cabbages, Onions and Smoked Bacon. Perhaps missing on the crispy part, but the duck leg confit was rather on point given how the meat came off from the bone easily and how tender and moist it was. The roasted potatoes can help with more seasoning, and while the onions and cabbages wee cooked till caramalised/melted, the smoked bacon was the one that took the role of flavouring up the dish with savouriness.
Although I really enjoyed the duck and their efficient service, I found a strand of hair in this dish.. I had an exchange of another serving thereafter... Oh well, art?π¬πΆπ»
