Very interesting concept.
They fried the Kang Kong like tempura and dipped with tom yum like sauce. Because of the coconut milk used in the sauce, the sauce had "funny" aftertaste.
Even though Kang kong is a very leafy vegetable, it wasn't oily at all. Very well done!!! 👍👍👍 Tom Yum Kungfu
