This is my must order dish every time I visit any Cantonese restaurant.

Soft and tender baby spinach leaves in a rich broth - the saltiness of the salted egg provides the oomph to this somewhat โ€œ healthy โ€œ dish while the preserved eggs provides a good contrast of texture and lends some earthiness to the dish.

The generous serving size ๐Ÿ˜Š is a plus point .

Trio Egg Spinach is my go-to vegetable dish and this one does not disappoint. It is light and the stock has a subtle sweetness to it.
